With your permission, we use Google Analytics and Google Ads measurement for this public site. If you arrive from a Meta (Facebook or Instagram) ad, we also keep that ad's click ID for up to 90 days. If you later start a paid plan, our servers send Meta one count-only “paid signup” event with that click ID, the address of our billing page, and the browser type (user agent) your device reported when you started checkout, which we keep only until the event is sent. Nothing is sent to Meta from your browser, and Meta never receives names, email, IP address, payment details, amounts, answers, or form text. Withdrawing deletes the stored click ID and browser type and cancels any event not yet sent; Meta cannot be asked to recall an event it has already accepted. Privacy details.

Game On Trivia

Legal · Updated August 14, 2026

Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of Game On Trivia. By creating an account or using the platform, you agree to them.

Accounts and eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old and provide accurate account information. You are responsible for protecting your password and authentication methods and for activity under your account. Organization owners control their workspaces and are responsible for assigning appropriate access to managers and hosts.

Using the platform

You may use Game On Trivia to create, host, and play lawful trivia events. Do not disrupt games, evade device or usage limits, impersonate others, probe or bypass security controls, upload malicious material, harass participants, or use content you do not have permission to use. Hosts and venues remain responsible for their events, guests, prizes, local rules, and any agreements they make with one another.

Content and ownership

You retain ownership of original questions, media, names, and other content you provide. You grant us a limited license to store, process, display, and deliver that content as needed to operate the service. You represent that you have the rights required to provide it. Game On Trivia and its software, branding, and platform content remain ours or our licensors'.

Subscriptions and usage

Paid plans, included game units, device limits, overage rules, and taxes are shown at checkout. Recurring subscriptions renew until canceled. Usage is measured when a live game begins. At launch, each live game admits up to 250 player devices; a larger event must use separate game sessions unless we offer and disclose a larger-event option. You authorize our payment provider to charge the payment method on file. Except where law requires otherwise, charges already incurred are non-refundable. You may cancel through billing settings, with cancellation taking effect at the end of the current paid period unless checkout states otherwise.

Service changes and availability

Live events depend on internet access, participant devices, and third-party services. We work to keep the platform reliable but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation. We may change features or reasonable usage limits, and will provide notice before a material pricing change applies to a future billing period.

Suspension and termination

We may restrict or end access when reasonably necessary to protect users, the service, or the law, including for nonpayment or serious violations of these terms. You may stop using the service at any time. Provisions that logically continue—such as payment obligations, ownership, disclaimers, and limits of liability—survive termination.

Disclaimers and liability

To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided “as is” and without implied warranties. We are not responsible for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or lost-profit damages arising from the service. Our total liability for a claim is limited to the amount you paid Game On Trivia during the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim. Some jurisdictions do not allow every limitation, so those limits apply only as far as the law permits.

Changes and contact

We may update these terms and will provide reasonable notice of material changes. If you continue using the platform after revised terms take effect, you accept them. Questions can be sent through our contact page. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal information.
